Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Products)

Digital Delivery Only

All products sold on our store are digital goods.
No physical items are shipped.

After successful payment, your order will be delivered digitally via one of the following methods:

  • Email delivery

  • In-game delivery

  • Account transfer

  • Direct message (WhatsApp / platform chat, if applicable)

Delivery Time

  • Instant Delivery: Some products are delivered automatically within minutes after payment.

  • Manual Delivery: Some products require manual processing and are delivered within 1–24 hours.

  • During high-traffic periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Platform restrictions

  • Correct customer information being provided

Customer Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery, customers must:

  • Provide correct and complete details (email, username, game ID, platform, etc.)

  • Be available for delivery if manual delivery is required

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the digital product has been delivered:

  • The order is considered fulfilled

  • Ownership is transferred to the customer

  • The order becomes non-refundable (see Refund Policy)

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

No Physical Shipping

Since all products are digital:

  • There are no shipping fees

  • There is no tracking number

  • There is no physical shipment

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Any attempt to falsely claim non-delivery after successful digital delivery may result in:

  • Order cancellation without refund

  • Account suspension

  • Evidence submission to payment providers
