Digital Goods Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital items that have already been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or used.
Eligibility for Refunds (Limited Cases)
A refund may only be considered in the following situations:

You did not receive the digital product after successful payment

The product delivered is completely different from what was described

The product is technically defective and cannot be fixed or replaced
In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with proof of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Accounts, codes, keys, or in-game items that have already been accessed
Once a digital product is delivered, it is considered used and non-returnable.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that:

You provide the correct email / username / account details

You are available to receive the digital delivery if manual delivery is required
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
European Union – Digital Content Exception
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the customer’s consent.
By purchasing from our store, you agree that:

You waive your right to withdraw once delivery is completed
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Any fraudulent chargebacks or false claims after successful delivery may result in:
